A career in the legal profession typically spans decades.  At various stages, we all need help and advice with progression, navigating office culture and the courtroom, to name a few areas. Mentors can be invaluable and a critical part of the journey. The sharing of experiences and knowledge increases the chances of a successful career.  Mentoring and being mentored, can be an extremely rewarding experience for all involved.
