Wei Jie assists the Projects and Real Estates team and advise clients on various aspects of commercial real estate transactions and projects, including real estate acquisitions and disposals, leasing, projects, development, property finance, overseas investments, subdivisions, insolvency, and property advisory matters.
She completed a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Accounting) at the University of Auckland, and has been admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand since October 2022.
Her professional interests lie strongly in commercial law, with a particular focus in property law, property financing, company law and business mergers & acquisitions.
