Jerry is a Senior Consultant of Zhongwen Law. Jerry specialises in cross-border arbitration, litigation, enforcement, and other cross-border legal matters.
Jerry has more than 15 years of experience practising in China and is qualified as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand. Jerry was invited by the University of Waikato to conduct research on the mutual recognition and enforcement of judgments and other cross-border legal issues between New Zealand and China. Prior to joining Zhong Wen New Zealand, Jerry was a partner of Beijing Chang An Law Firm and a senior consultant of Chang-An (NZ) China Legal Services Limited.
Jerry graduated from Anhui University of Finance and Economics, University of International Business and Economics and the University of Waikato with LLB, MBA, and LLM (Hons) degrees.
Jerry’s working languages are Chinese Mandarin and English.
