Christina has been practicing law since 2004 with a focus on Family Law. She is currently a barrister at Halcyon Chambers. She represent clients in all family law disputes arising from separation. She also advises clients who are considering entering into a marriage or de facto relationship in relation to protection of their assets.
Her aim is to assist clients to resolve issues arising from the breakdown of their relationship in a cost-effective and pragmatic manner. She endeavours to assist clients through alternative dispute resolutions processes such as Collaborative Law and mediation. I am a trained Collaborative Lawyer. She is regularly appointed by the Family Court to represent children in parenting and guardianship applications.
She is also fluent in Korean.
