Aimee leads the commercial and property law practice at Bird & Yang. She has extensive experience in commercial and/or property related matters, including day- to-day contracting and legal issues that may arise in business operation, business structure, company law matters, property development, and leasing. She has previously worked in corporate & finance teams at a leading international law firm in Hong Kong, specialising in public offerings and merger and acquisition.

Aimee has advised and appeared in Court on a wide range of commercial and civil litigation disputes including contractual issues, tortious liability, insurance, liquidations, statutory demands, caveats, enforcement of and resisting enforcement of foreign judgments. Aimee also deals with a broad range of visa applications, with a focus on residence and business/investment visas.

Amy has a BCom/LLB from the University of Auckland, and a BMGT from the Nanjing University of Economics and Finance, China Corporate and Commercial law, Property, Financing, and Immigration
