Purpose: To enable connection between NZ Asian Lawyers members and REA to raise awareness of the real estate regulatory framework, share insights on the risks and issues arising in residential real estate transactions particularly from the perspective of the New Zealand Asian Community, promote REA consumer resources, and discuss how we can collectively support fair real estate transactions in New Zealand.
