The three panellists shared with us about the two hats they’re wearing, one as a mother and another as a professional. They also talked about being in a leadership position, challenges as an Asian woman in the legal profession and experiences of diversity and inclusion in workplace. They had stories of real-life experience to inspire us and their messages about taking the opportunity and putting the best foot forward definitely resonated with the audience. It was a lively, interactive session where the audience didn’t hesitate to ask questions during the discussion and actively engaged in conversations afterwards as well. Overall, it was a very successful evening!
